Synthpop masters Tycho Brahe, led by Ken "The Lambrusco Cowboy" Evans (bass guitar, lead vocals) and the lovely Georgina Emery (backing vocals and keyboards) and Stephen Birt on drums have been (in my opinion) Brisbane's finest synthpop act for a number of years now. With one album, one EP and a number of other releases Tycho Brahe have given a lot of people a lot of pleasure over the years. Tycho Brahe have a long list of catchy, endearing pop tunes/anthems (including "Enemy", "Sanctify", "Dreams of Dying" and "Avarice") and a few brilliant covers (including The Human League's "Marianne", Joy Division's "Atmosphere", and of course the all time classic "Tainted Who") have captured many hearts.
